Montoya & Associates hired Susan Payne as part of their administrative team. Susan joined the growing team at Montoya & Associates as an Executive Assistant and will directly support the company’s CEO. Susan has 19 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, 16 of those years working with other larger local corporations.
Through her many years of experience, she has developed strong initiative, advanced organizational and excellent communication skills. These skills, as well as her flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, will undoubtedly be a great asset to the administrative team at Montoya & Associates.

Susan is originally from Miami, but moved to Jacksonville in 1998. She enjoys photography, traveling to the Caribbean, spending time with her family, and watching Miami Dolphins and Miami Hurricanes football. She also loves spending time with her dogs and supporting animal rescues.
