Margo Arrington joined Montoya & Associates in September 2006 and is a Lead Account Manager for our Employee Benefits Department. Prior to joining our Montoya team, Margo had the pleasure of being the domestic engineer for her two daughters and Mark her husband of 20+ years. Margo was born in Chicago and raised in Itasca, IL a small suburb of Chicago.
At 18, Margo had a strong desire to join the Navy, which is what brought her to Jacksonville. While in the Navy, she was able to travel to countries like Iceland, Puerto Rico and Panama. After seven successful years of serving her country, she chose to return to the civilian world and stay close to home.
After the Navy, Margo was employed for several years with Convergys Corporation where she had worked as a Customer Service Representative for Marriott employee benefits, Executive Assistant for the Corporate Helpdesk and worked as a liaison for the Department Staff and the Human Resources Department in all aspects to include employee benefits. Margo brings over 25 years of Employee Benefits, Customer Service and Administrative experience to Montoya & Associates. She holds her 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Florida License.
Margo is very active in many community events, non-profit organizations and enjoys serving on our Community Outreach Committee. Margo enjoys taking her dogs for long walks, going to the beach, watching movies, and traveling. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
